7-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported with clear photographs.
• Items damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
